About Bruce

With over 35 years in the Business Management in the Automotive Business. I'll call upon my Brilliant in the Basics approach to put your company where it needs to be. My extensive background in the Automotive Business was founded in department and dealerships that were failing, then making them into successful businesses. I've worked with the leaders in the automotive industry  including Honda, Subaru,  Volvo, Ford, Chevrolet, Nissan, Mazda, Tracker Boats, VW and Chrysler.    

   Over my career, I've worked in or managed every dealership department including 15 years as fixed operations Director. My leadership resume includes 14 years as Managing Partner of Lee's Summit Honda and Lee's Summit Subaru. Brilliant in the Basics is currently consulting clients in Missouri, Kansas and Texas.

In the community, I've dedicated volunteer service to local charities, led the Kansas City Car Show as president of the ADAKC Auto Dealers Association, served on the Honda Dealer Advisory Board and the Triad Advertising Board. 

Currently I'm serving as President of the Moral Injury Association of America. We are  helping military members deal with invisible wounds from their time in the military. www.moralinjuryassociationofamerica.org
